We were never able to get physical room keys. We eventually went outside and were able to check in there. There were two spots at the counter for mobile check in but they were not manned, so it was impossible to ask questions.
There were signs up urging people to checking digitally on the MGM app but the cell service in the lobby was extremely poor and my husband was unable to do so. There were not enough clerks to accommodate the number of people trying to check in.
We came for a weekend volleyball tournament, so I cannot comment on any adult geared entertainment.
